Shipping policy

Within Australia via Australia post or Courier

Majority of our orders are collected by Australia post at the next business day, some go out the same day. 

Free standard shipping and handling for orders $80 AUD and over.

Flat rate $9.50 standard shipping and handling for orders under $80 AUD.

Please allow 3-7 business days for delivery after dispatch.(Note: Delivery time can be longer during December due to Christmas delays.)

Redelivery: If the courier has contacted you and you have not arranged redelivery - resulting in the package being returned to sender(after 7 days)

We will only resend you parcel

(a) After it has been returned to us

AND

(b) After customer has paid the actual redelivery cost (which is likely to be more than $9.50)

Alternately, we will refund you the purchase price of the order - minus our actual delivery costs.

 

Within Australia via Express Post

Express post up to 5kg $19

Express post 5kg and above $29

Orders placed before 9am to allow us to get your parcel in the mail same day. Otherwise, it will be send out next business day. 

Australia Post Express Post is usually overnight delivery once dispatched if within the Express Post Area. You can check it simply click here. Express post is the fastest way to get your parcel from A to B, sometimes Australia post or Local Courier can't guarantee next-business-day delivery due to different circumstances, such as high parcel volumes Christmas time and ongoing COVID-19 restrictions.
